Tommy Berndtsson is challenging. Both as pianist and composer. On one hand he has a strong lyric vein which is released in between. A sensitive and an obvious attendence. On the other hand there is an unruly experimental lust. A will to go on. Find new ways. Feel his way. I like Tic Tac Toe for its unpredictability.
